By using TCC Club or creating an account, the user agrees to these Terms of Service and to comply with applicable laws and platform requirements.

1. Accounts

Users must provide accurate, current information and protect their login credentials. Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts and should report suspected unauthorized access.

2. Memberships and services

Features may vary by membership tier, country, and service. Certain courses, events, or services may carry additional fees or terms that are shown before registration or payment.

3. Content and conduct

Users must not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive content or misuse the platform. We may remove violating content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect the community or comply with applicable requirements.

4. Private messages and security review

By using the messaging system, users acknowledge that messages are not end-to-end encrypted, may be automatically screened, and may be reviewed by authorized personnel when there is a report, security concern, suspected violation, or applicable legal requirement. Such review is used to protect users and the platform and investigate misuse. Routine human review of messages is not used for advertising or commercial purposes.

5. Intellectual property

Users retain rights in content they submit unless a separate agreement states otherwise. The platform design, software, identity, marks, and administrative content remain protected for their respective rights holders.

6. Payments

Where paid services are offered, applicable prices, taxes, and related terms are shown before completion. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers under their own terms and policies.

7. Service availability

We aim to provide a stable and secure service, but maintenance, outages, or technical changes may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of every feature at all times or locations.

8. Suspension or termination

Accounts that violate these terms or threaten platform security or other users' rights may be restricted or suspended. Users may request account closure through available procedures.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as services evolve. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
